Isan Ships

Excerpt from the Isan Memoir, A Pilot’s Life:

We believe in the Isan-Kanri, the betterment of ourselves through extraction and modification. Is it surprising then that we build our ships with the same philosophy? Every Isan ship shares the same core, the essence of mutability that allows us to build, attach and detach modules at will. This not only ensures that we have the correct tools for each job, but it also means people like me could run with as many burners as we can afford. The essence of the Isan is to adapt, and our ships must become extensions of our bodies, our minds. As a pilot, my ship was my life. And though many tried to take my ship away, here I remain.
